Clue: Halloween EditionHalloween. Being the odd group of friends that they were, it was obvious that Seren, Jake, Wolfram, Blair, Amanda, Ashley, and Ryan were going to dress up. Other than Ashley (who was nine), they were "much too old for Halloween"-but that didn't mean they weren't going to dress up anyways. Seren and Jake, brother and sister, were hosting a Halloween party at their house. In translation, they were going to take Ashley trick-or-treating, get some candy for themselves, go back, eat said candy, drink caffeinated beverages, and play games and act like normal teenagers until they passed out. Facing the WolfStay on the path, they told me. You don’t know what sort of things could be out there. I was normally one to follow rules like these.
